Large amethyst, deep onyx, and diamond accents — this ring from Almaz Atelier is a study in deliberate contrast: three distinct stones brought into dialogue within a single hand-finished 18K white gold design at Stephansplatz 12. The violet of the amethyst is set as the centre stone, flanked by a band of matte black onyx, with brilliant-cut diamonds drawing a bright line between the two — a graduated, multi-stone composition rather than a single solitaire.
The white gold shank is finished with a slightly raised, claw-and-bezel setting that lifts the amethyst clear of the onyx shoulders, so the colour transition reads cleanly from violet to black to white.
