The Class One is Chaumet's clearest contribution to sport-luxe horology — a 1998 collection that took the maison's tiara-room precision and rebuilt it as a watch you can wear in salt water. This estate Class One reference W17225-33F is a 33 mm steel piece with a diamond-set dial and bezel: thirty-six brilliants on the bezel and thirteen on the dial, totalling around 0.29 ct, all F-G VVS. The rubber strap is the line's signature; the polished steel case keeps it formal. Sapphire crystal, 100 m water resistance, quartz movement, date complication. Authenticated in-house at Almaz Vienna and serviced through authorised Swiss watchmakers. A discreet way into a Place Vendôme signature.
