A Chaumet piece bought new from a Chaumet boutique is, by definition, a current reference. A Chaumet piece bought on the estate market often is not — and that is precisely its value. Discontinued Joséphine variations, vintage tiara-derived rings, Bee My Love pieces in proportions the current production has retired, classic Dandy cufflinks: these appear only through reputable estate houses. Each estate piece we offer is authenticated, condition-graded and documented before it enters the case.

Our Chaumet inventory rotates as pieces are acquired and sold. Collections that recur include Joséphine (the aigrette and tiara-inspired rings that recall the Empress's own jewellery box), Liens (the maison's intertwining-link signature in white and yellow gold), Bee My Love (the honeycomb pavé motif that has become Chaumet's modern icon), Hortensia (floral high jewellery inspired by 19th-century Paris) and historic Dandy pieces for men.
Authentication and Provenance
Every Chaumet item at Almaz is verified against the maison's hallmark conventions, internal reference numbering and case-and-papers documentation. Where a piece predates current paperwork standards, our gemmologist's appraisal travels with it. The Vienna market is small enough that authenticity matters; since 1991 we have built our standing on getting it right.
